The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better is if the staff could have been a bit more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests like myself. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and unaware of how to provide the assistance that senior guests might require.

We stayed during Christmas and the hotel offered a really nice festive atmosphere. The room was clean and included a mini-fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee sachets. The location was convenient as it was near many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included fresh pastries and fruit.

The staff were not very helpful when we had issues with the heating in our room. They were also slow to respond to our requests for extra towels and blankets.

Although there were many options close by, having a convenient breakfast option within the hotel would have been even more convenient for us.
